Payment Methods Accepted
Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3.5% fee applies), Venmo, Apple Pay, CashApp, PayPal.
Location of Exam
• Charles City Aeronautics, Inc, NE Iowa Regional Airport (KCCY)
• Other airports or sites by agreement only (fees may apply).
Retest Fee
50% of original test fee, minimum $300 or as agreed upon. Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3.5% fee applies), Venmo, Apple Pay, CashApp, PayPal.
Continuance of a Test
In most cases, I will not charge a fee to continue the test (within 60 days) if a Letter of Discontinuance is issued. Fee determined on a case-by-case basis.
Scheduling
• Schedule only open for 30 days into the future. Updates daily.
• Due to my professional pilot duties, my schedule may need to be changed and your appointment will have to be rescheduled. I do my best to avoid this.
• Rescheduled appointments take priority.
• Continuance or retakes will be scheduled within 60 days of the original appointment if returning to me
